Simply return SnoreRx within 30 calendar days of receiving your device for a refund of the product price. We do not refund any shipping costs. Step 1: Ensure SnoreRx is set on the factory setting of 3 mm.
Step 2: Bring the cup of water to a full boil in the microwave.
Step 3: Submerge SnoreRx into the boiled water for PRECISELY 90 SECONDS. Remove device using a spoon.
Step 4: Quickly dip SnoreRx into a bowl of tap water for 2-3 SECONDS to remove any hot water. Step 5: Bite down firmly into the device for 30 SECONDS.
Step 6: Remove SnoreRx from your mouth and put it in a bowl of tap water for 60 SECONDS to set the impression. Step 7: SnoreRx should display a prominent impression of your teeth.
Note: If you do not see teeth marks on the device, repeat the custom fitting steps. The custom fitting steps cannot be repeated more than three times.

Yes, if your current impression does not display clearly defined teeth marks you may re-do the impression. You can reboil and fit SnoreRx up to three times to create a better impression.
Yes. SnoreRx offers patented adjustability by the user in 1 millimeter increments up to 6 millimeters. We recommend wearing SnoreRx on a setting of 3 millimeters to start. If snoring is not reduced after 3 to 5 nights the user would advance the setting to the next higher number (from 3 to 4). Each setting should be worn a minimum of 3 to 5 nights prior to adjusting. Most users find success in reducing their snoring on a setting of 3 to 5 millimeters.
Hold the device in a reverse ‘C’ position. Use both hands to hold the upper tray in place and use both thumbs to push both sides forward. The lower tray will click forward one notch at a time. Squeezing in both sides of the lower tray simultaneously will disengage the locking mechanism allowing for the upper tray to be moved.
Advancing is best done by pulling forward the lower jaw piece. It’s helpful to try to move one side at a time, one setting at a time. For example, rock the left side back one notch, then rock it back and move the right side back one notch. Make sure that both sides of the device read the same number or millimeter increment. Future adjustments may be made as needed.

Most users find success on the factory setting of three millimeters, which is why we recommend customizing the device on that setting. If you notice the snoring is still occurring you would then advance the settings to four millimeters. Each setting should be worn a minimum of 3 to 5 nights prior to adjusting. The idea is to gradually increase the settings until your snoring is reduced or completely eliminated. It is important that each side of the device always reflects the same setting.
SnoreRx is designed to remain as one solid unit at all times, during the custom impression process and usage. Do not attempt to remove the soft material on the top and bottom from the hard plastic – they are not designed to be removed and will not go back into place.
Typically, the adjustment period takes about three to five nights of consistent use. It is perfectly normal for your jaw, teeth, and gums to feel moderately sore and at first. This discomfort is much like getting used to braces or a retainer for the first time. However, it is not normal to experience severe, sharp, or ongoing pain. If you experience these problems discontinue use immediately and contact your health care professional.
The easiest way to tell is if the device is working is by having someone nearby letting you know if your snoring has been reduced while using the device. Beyond that, if you are starting to get more restful sleep and waking up more revitalized, SnoreRx is doing its job. For tech savvy users, smartphone apps are available to record snoring sounds as you sleep.
SnoreRx does allow for full airflow through the V-Flow™ design. While the device allows for mouth-breathing, it is by no means required.
It is important that you brush SnoreRx daily with a tooth brush and tooth paste. If available, an ultrasonic cleaner works best. Always allow SnoreRx to air dry, as it eliminates any bacterial build up on the device. In addition to the daily cleaning it is also recommended SnoreRx is cleaned with denture solution once a week or every two weeks. Avoid use of abrasive cleaners such as mouth wash, dishwashing soap, ammonia, bleach and other household cleaning products.
SnoreRx typically lasts anywhere from 9 to 11 months. This is simply how long the product lasts on average and is not guaranteed to last this long. Those who grind their teeth and/or clench their jaw may need to replace the device sooner.
Yes, we recommend notifying your dentist during your periodic examinations that you are using SnoreRx.
In the beginning stages of use, which is referred to as the adjustment period, some users find they are unable to keep SnoreRx in their mouth. If this occurs we recommend wearing SnoreRx while awake for at least 45 minutes at a time for 3 to 5 days. This will allow your body to adjust to using SnoreRx while sleeping. The adjustment period varies for every user and could last up to 2 weeks.
Using a mouthguard at night may be a new experience for you. Some may experience discomfort, salivation and dry mouth during initial use. To minimize this effect SnoreRx should be worn for at least 45 minutes at a time for 3 to 5 days while awake. This will help your body adjust to SnoreRx.
SnoreRx is only FDA cleared for the reduction of snoring. SnoreRx is not intended for any other concern such as tooth grinding/jaw clenching. Customers who use SnoreRx and grind their teeth/clinch their jaw may notice a decrease in the life expectancy of SnoreRx.

Refunds are processed for the product price back to the card used at the time of purchase. Typically, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return. Returns can be shipped back by any method but we recommend having a tracking number for your records.

All orders must be sent to our corporate office to receive a product refund. Refunds are credited back to the original credit card used to place the order upon receiving your returned SnoreRx unit. Refunds are typically issued back to the card within three to five days of receiving your return. The product total and any taxes charged are reimbursed; shipping charges are not refundable. We have no control over how long a bank takes to process your refund. We have seen some reimbursements take up to 14 days.
