Step 1. Mix
Remove the polymer from both containers and knead them together to make a light blue polymer.
This polymer will harden quickly after you mix it, so do not knead for any longer than 60 seconds.
Step 2. Roll
Quickly roll the polymer into a 4-inch-long cylinder.
Do not spend too much time on this step! This should take no more than 20 seconds.
Step 3. Place
Divide the polymer in half, and gently press one piece into one side of the tray. Next, press the other piece into the other side of the tray.
Step 4. Bite
Place the tray in your
mouth and use your fingers to center the tray evenly over all of your teeth. Bite firmly into the polymer and press your upper and lower teeth together. After 4 minutes, take out the tray, and rinse your mouth.
Step 5. Write
Write your order number and contact information on the registration form provided. Place this form in the envelope with your oral profile. If you have purchased an Oral Profile Kit at Walgreens, visit www.snorerx.com/register to purchase SnoreRx Pro and obtain an order number.
Step 6. Send
Place the profile tray and registration card into the prepaid envelope included with your order. Seal the envelope, and drop it in the mail.
Do not separate your oral profile from the tray!
